Jeremy Lai is self motivated individual and a great networker! Since 2018, Jeremy has been able to focus on one of his life's true passions, marine conservation. He was fortunate to be made part of an amazing collaboration with the team of Miss Scuba International Directors based in his hometown of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Jeremy is also the founder and director of Absolute Asia and is an Australian based representation company covering Australia and New Zealand. A few countries of companies the Absolute Asia team has represented are but not limmited to Indochina & Yunnan, Hong Kong & China, India and Sri Lanka. Independent 5 star resorts in Vietnam and Kota Kinabalu, Sabah - Malaysian Borneo. 

A Brisbane native, Nareen is currently studying law and psychology. She has been working in the government disability sector for over 3 years. Nareen has experience in event management and has a very keen eye for detail. She is well travelled and lists travelling and fashion as her top 5 passions. Not only is she a self-confessed foodie but also a passionate chef herself! Nareen is well immerse with multiple social media platforms and is up to date with trending topics. With her enthusiastic, determined, and focused outlook on her future plans, there is no doubt she will be very successful in the next few short years. She has a very sharp and acute awareness of business opportunities, and we are excited to have her as a part of our team.

Joe Natoli is a serial entrepreneur who has been in the hospitality and events space for nearly two decades. Based in Melbourne, he continues to explore opportunities and expands multiple business concepts and ideas.One of his proudest events was ’WANTED’, a fundraising event that attracted over 500 + people to break through barriers between youth, using dance as a medium.  The event was also an opportunity to raise funds for underprivileged children in the Philippines and included some of the best DJs and entertainers in Australia and Worldwide. Currently, Joe is a partner in BC Entertainment that has been operating in the event space for over a decade and a half, touring international artists by the likes of "Kid Ink/ Madchild/IYAZ /Swollen Member/Ying Yang Twins / Merkules / Obietrice to name a few. Joe has a couple of projects that he is working on in the hospitality and events space which he is expecting to launch in the few short years ahead. With his vast experience, he is another welcomed member to our team.
